Pilots Operations

Privacy

The native game is local-first: no account, no ads, no tracking, and no personal data collected by the developer.

Data the native apps collect

None. The shipped iOS and macOS apps do not include advertising, third-party analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, accounts, or developer-operated telemetry. They do not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or advertising identifier.

Game saves and iCloud

Your save is stored in the app’s local container. If iCloud is available, Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store can sync that save among your own devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

Flight Manual website

This help site does not use advertising, analytics, cookies, or third-party scripts. It stores only two preferences in your browser: the selected platform and any First Solo checklist items you mark complete. Those preferences remain on that browser and are not sent to the developer.

The site also uses a service worker to cache the manual’s pages after a successful visit so the guide can remain readable offline. You can clear those files with your browser’s site-data controls.

Vercel hosts this site and necessarily processes request information such as IP address and browser headers to deliver and secure it. That infrastructure processing is governed by Vercel’s Privacy Policy. The developer does not add analytics to those requests.

Sharing and selling

The developer does not receive personal data from Pilots, so there is nothing to sell, rent, or share for advertising.

Children

Pilots does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If the game’s data practices change, this page will be updated before the change ships and will show a new effective date.
